- New Mass Events module
A new and improved module for managing events, trainings etc. in the new interface. The new module introduces entirely new features, including e.g. subevents and open events as an event registration type. Automatic email communication about the event and registration surveys now also have their own views in the event’s information and they can be accessed without admin rights.
More information about the new Mass Events module will be updated later.
- Changes in filters’ functions
Existing filters can now be edited, deleted or set as default in the filters list. A button for creating a new filter can now be found left to this list.
- Possibility to add fields that are not mandatory to the quick creation view; this is enabled with a new setting in field’s properties
- Improved logic with activities start and end dates; if the start date is edited and it is after the original end date, the end date will also be updated to the same date automatically
- Updated PDF templates’ icon
- Fixes and improvements in rows; row’s comment field is now always shown only in the expanded mode and taxes are correctly shown also in the legacy system
- Improved error handling in the email editor and surveys in the case of simultaneous edits
- Fixes in home page elements’ headers
- Fixes in how the user’s Started working information affects the work hour calculation
Invoicing
- Possibility to create a preview invoice PDF without sending the invoice
- Possibility to prevent a payment from being allocated to an invoice while processing bank reference material
- Optional feature: Support for handling information about the invoice’s end customer
- Improved error handling in invoice sending
Business Intelligence Reporting
- Table, Ad Hoc and Summary reports available for the new surveys
- Up to six dimensions available for selection (previously four)
Self-Service Portal
- New Mass Events module
The newly published Mass Events module can be activated in the Self-Service portals to enable end customers’ registrations to events in the portal.
Procountor Connector
- Expanded customer information update
Alma Talent Connector
- Support for beneficial persons; activation of this feature requires that beneficial persons are included in the contract with Alma Talent
REST
- A new call which can run CRM’s dynamic field formulas
