New & Improved Features

  • Frontpage charts have received a fresh new look and functionalities.
    • The chart creation process is simplified and users will receive a preview of the chart during the process.
      • All advanced options are still available, but the base process is simplified.
    • KPI can be displayed on the home page.
    • It is now possible to create comparison charts on the front page.
    • Stacked charts and pie charts can be dynamically limited on the front page.

 

  • Increased the amount of triggers that can be created for mass events and HelpDesk
  • Added notification to the search results to inform users when the search does not match any data in the CRM.
  • Enabled full PKCE flow support without client_secret, which improved the Oauth process for mobile devices.
  • Relation-type field formulas can be run in the future as background processes using workflows.
  • The text formatting of tickets is preserved when the ticket is responded to and sent by email.
  • The edit content button will no longer be visible in email templates for users who do not have edit permission.
  • Dropdown added to surveys that can be used to save survey answers to contact fields.
  • The improvements in the HelpDesk module of the previous update are now also available in the HelpDesk module used via the Self-Service Portal.

Fixes

  • Filter issue where the account_id field could not be deleted when creating a new filter by copying a default one.
  • Mass event invoicing issue where field formulas targeting specific fields left the field without a formula.
  • Email template issue when under certain conditions changes made to the email template before copying it did not transfer the changes to the copy.
