Fixes
- Filter issue where the account_id field could not be deleted when creating a new filter by copying a default one.
- Mass event invoicing issue where field formulas targeting specific fields left the field without a formula.
- Email template issue when under certain conditions changes made to the email template before copying it did not transfer the changes to the copy.
