New & Updated Features

CRM

  • Updated UI in v2 to fully support the Contracts module.
    • Previously the full support has been only in the old system interface (Legacy).
  • Receipts module support for multiple functions also on the v2 side.
    • Sharing permissions
    • Dynamic field formulas and workflows
    • Creating and editing (excluding rows, that can be created and edited via REST)
    • Added module tool parameter that will convert the inventory field rows to receipt rows
  • A new column email address is added to the mass event registrations tab.
  • Updated translations of mass events sub-events.
  • The system will warn the user if the entity does not have an owner.
  • Added Space contact_id support to report generator.
  • Frontpage charts support row-level field types.
    • Stacked charts can be used, but all their features are not yet supported.
  • Option to use time range and relation fields in quick filters.
  • Internal component updates to improve usability and performance.

Emails

  • Added tools for the creation and management of DKIM keys for sender addresses.
  • Possibility to add a preheader meta tag in the email, which shows text for the receiver under the email title.
  • The new content element Spacer will allow users to add blank spaces between content blocks.

Esign

  • Added the Account name column in the esign summaries.

Self-Service Portal

  • Readiness to hide some tickets so that they can be processed internally, even if they have a customer connection.
    • Please contact our support to receive the final configurations based on your needs.

Integrations

  • Speed improvement to the name search of the Suomen Asiakastieto.
  • In Suomen Asiakastieto the default selection criteria will be “contains” and it requires a full word search.
  • WooCommerce support for mass event registration type “multiple”.

Fixes

CRM

  • The issue where using a multi-select account field to select a passivated user produced a “not found” result.
  • Cases where row-level field formulas in module tools did not run properly in certain situations.

REST

  • Cases where the REST reporting call did not work in the “select” section for the “total” and “subtotal” fields.

Contact Center

  • The issue where Contact Center duration in seconds data showed as 0 in CRM.
    • This fix affects all the new calls that are made after the update.
