Integrations
- Speed improvement to the name search of the Suomen Asiakastieto.
- In Suomen Asiakastieto the default selection criteria will be “contains” and it requires a full word search.

Fixes
CRM
- The issue where using a multi-select account field to select a passivated user produced a “not found” result.
- Cases where row-level field formulas in module tools did not run properly in certain situations.
REST
- Cases where the REST reporting call did not work in the “select” section for the “total” and “subtotal” fields.
Contact Center
- The issue where Contact Center duration in seconds data showed as 0 in CRM.
- This fix affects all the new calls that are made after the update.
