New & Improved Features

  • Improved mass mailing module tool to simplify the sending process.
  • In the discussion field of a ticket, attachments and images can be added directly to the text. Attachments and images are also passed on to the customer via messages.
  • In the HelpDesk comment field, the customer comments are displayed on the left side of the screen, while all comments by internal users are shown on the right side of the screen.
  • Account name tags {{account_id}} and {{ticket:account_id}} show the name of the account in the email instead of the ID number.
  • Added support for Sales Orders, Quotes, Invoices and Potential tags, allowing those tags to be added to email templates.
    • These tags are not available in the merge tag list, but they can be added manually by writing e.g., {{invoice:subject}} in the wanted field of the email template.
  • Added support to surveys that allows prefilling text areas, select fields and checkboxes.
  • Set your own email address to appear in the mailing instead of “mailer@ecp.fi on behalf of (your email address)”
    • SPF, DKIM & DMARC need to be enabled for this feature to work. A guide on how to set these up is found here.
  • Subevents can be added to the mass events from the creation screen.
  • In scheduled tasks, it is possible to use the module tool to send a single PDF for the wanted target group in the background.
