CRM
- Added multiple new fields to be selectable as CRM Connect Field when creating a new registration form to a Mass Event.
- Workflows have a new type that supports different delay lengths.
- The workflow is executed as a background process in its scheduled time.
- Added the possibility to upload images directly to the survey without the need to use HTML.
- When the user is in edit mode, the system will warn if the user exits edit mode, for example by clicking on a link, ensuring that the user understands that they are leaving without saving.
- Bundles have been updated to support adding one product to multiple product bundles instead of just one.
- Added row-level field support to the Receipts module.
- Clicking on the Save in situations where there is text in the discussion type field will save the written comment as a draft if it has not yet been sent.
- Possibility to name the portals so they can be separated from each other if more than one Self-service portal is activated in the same CRM.
- Unsubscribe data can be used for reporting and this way link them to automation.
Filters
- A single field can only be added to the same filter once.
- If the user edits an old filter that contains duplicate fields, the system will give an error message to notify the user that the duplicate has to be removed.
- Added the “does not contain” operator to the text field filters.
- The email editor picture view has been changed to only show images that are uploaded in the system via the email editor.
- As a new feature, Mailing Tool Advanced and Professional products will no longer include the Powered by CRM service logo.
- This only affects new email templates, and old templates and their copies will still have the Powered by CRM-service logo.
Fixes
- A public list upload problem where the list would not load if the list was made using the filter of a deleted user.
- Fixed situations where KPI and list were showing different amounts.
