General

The Potentials module in the CRM system is a tool that allows users to track and manage potential opportunities like new member acquisition or new sales. This module is designed to help teams effectively manage their pipeline and increase their chances of closing deals or acquiring new members.

Creating Potentials

Potentials can be created in multiple different ways from manual input to gathering information using website forms. It is also possible to create different types of automation using the Module Tools. For example, it is possible to take one contact from an activity and create new potential from that contact by creating a module tool for this purpose.

Potential Entity Card

While Potential only requires a Name and Assigned To fields to be filled, here are few fields we suggest so the full potential of the module can be utilized:

  • Account Name  – This allows connecting potential to a specific account.
  • Contact Name – Allows easy access to contact info and smooth use of automations.
  • Sales Stage – Allows smooth tracking of the current stage of the potential. This can easily be used with Process Diagram so the pipeline is nicely visualised.
