    • An absent user is indicated with a red dot, together with information about when they are expected to return.

    • Absence-related fields are available through the REST API, allowing the feature to be integrated with HR systems and other external systems.
  • Campaign contacts can now be added to or removed from another campaign.

Removed features

Target Groups

  • Target Groups moving to administration: From the September 3, 2026 update, Target Groups will no longer be available for direct use by regular users. Target Groups that are part of scheduled or automated processes will continue to operate normally, and required existing Target Groups will be migrated as part of the transition.
  • Activity creation through Target Groups: Activities can no longer be created directly through the Target Groups module. Processes that use Target Groups to create activities can instead be configured using the Create Entity module tool, where the activity type, responsible user, related records, and other activity details can be defined.
    • When multiple activities are created at the same time using the new approach, they will have the same scheduled time rather than being automatically scheduled one after another.
  • SMS sending through Target Groups: SMS sending directly through Target Groups is temporarily unavailable. A new SMS messaging functionality is being developed for the Campaign module and is planned to be available no later than the December 2026 update.
    • Individual SMS messages can continue to be sent through Contact Center.
    • Target Groups used in scheduled and automated processes will continue to operate normally.
    • If you have an existing process that depends on Target Groups and cannot be handled using the available functionality, please contact us through the support portal.
