CRM
- Segmentation settings have been added to campaigns, allowing you to add contacts to campaigns more efficiently using CRM data sources.
- New ‘update’ feature that allows you to add people who meet the campaign settings criteria to the campaign.
- Possibility to completely reload campaign contacts to match given conditions.
- This will eventually replace the ‘Load from list’ option, which will be disabled in December 2025.
- The new grid view on the dashboard allows users to select the information they want to see in a table format.
- The table can also be used to perform calculations.
- The X-axis of the table can be divided into two dimensions.
- An option has been added to the filters to view entities owned by inactive users.
- Added the ability to copy project stages when copying a project.
- Added the ability to adjust the font size of the dashboard shortcuts.
- A ‘last used’ timestamp has been added to filters for admin users to make it easier to identify unnecessary filters.
- Entities will now be merged immediately rather than scheduled to run in the background.
Contact Portal
- Removed the button for sending emails from old email templates.
Fixes
- The mass event survey editor has been harmonised with the mass event notification form.
- A new option has been added to mass event surveys that prevents existing contact fields from being updated via the CRM Connect field.
- When this option is selected, the survey responses only update the fields of new contacts created from the received responses.
- The performance of row processing has been improved.
Deprecated functionalities
The legacy CRM service interface (Legacy) will be permanently deprecated on June 30, 2025. This means that the old version of the CRM UI for basic users will be removed and cannot be activated in the settings. Functionalities such as admin user settings, target groups and reporting will remain unchanged.
