CRM general functionalities
- When selecting a day, you can quickly select the current day by pressing the new Today button.
- The button showing the account hierarchy visualization will only be visible when the required fields are visible to the user.
- The system module can be opened from a menu on another tab by right-clicking it with the mouse.
- Field validation and a new expression field for calculations have been added to surveys.
- The survey’s answer tab will now contain the CRM ID, and the Excel export will show contact_id next to the contact name.
- Added a possibility to hide passive users in the project’s staff listings.
- Possibility to delete entities using a scheduled task.
- An option has been added to the billing company information to add a logo that can be used for billing.
- To prevent overlapping information, document template tags can be used to specify more precisely where the wanted data is located.
Lists
- Added new operators to filter conditions.
- Improved guidance for users in creating filter conditions.
- In Kanban, some modules offer the possibility to add total fields to the number field.
- When doing mass editing, row-level dynamic fields are run when necessary.
- When downloading an Excel file, the user now sees an icon and text while the file is loading.
- When loading an Excel file containing multiple relations, Excel will not print identical rows but will only list all unique rows.
Module tools
- New guide boxes in the merge entity tool to clarify the merging process for the user.
- When using the Create Entity -module tool to automatically create an activity, you can use parameters to add relations to the created activity.
- Module tools can be set to have run condition and condition message to prevent module tool from running and show the wanted message instead.
- Possibility to set up parameters for the file when uploading files to the system.
Dashboard & Reporting
- Improved field selection options in the front page bar chart settings to improve chart readability.
- When adding the invoice filter view to the front page, the fields Total VAT 0 and Total incl VAT can be selected to be displayed in the filter settings.
- Added the possibility to use the invoice type as a condition in the report settings.
- All sent-out mass mailings are directly visible in the contact Mailing Report, even in cases where pictures of emails are not loaded/opened.
Emails
- Added the possibility to use SPF authenticated email as the sender of emails sent from the system.
- Images in your email can be edited using the email editor’s image editing feature.
- With Outlook add-in the e-mail can be added to Potential or Quote in V2.
Mass events
- We added the option to add a calendar link to the email sent to mass event registrants.
- New fields note and ext_identifier are added to the mass event
- The translations of the date field names in the mass event registration list have been changed to better match the functionality of the module.
- When people are manually added to the mass event, the system checks with the user whether the person is also added to other parts of the mass event if sub-events are available.
- Upgraded the mass event product handling:
- All the prices on rows can be seen in a single view.
- Navigation into the product works in all views.
- The main level reveals the price of the product if there one is attached.
- Icon locations are harmonized on mass event row listings.
- When copying the mass event using the module tool, the tag can be added to the module tool so that sub-events are also copied to the new mass event.
- Added a No-Go table to the mass event attendees view that is visible if a mass event registration type is set to allow Go / No Go.
Esign
- Updated the electronic signature process by adding a symbol to indicate signature processes where the user is anonymised. The initiator of the processes can send reminders and also cancel the process.
- The user who initiated the signature process will receive notifications about the progress of the signatures and the end of the signature process.
REST
- The system’s error messages provide users with more information about the error that occurred.
Contact Center
- A new version is available for Windows, Mac desktop App, and Android.
Integrations
- The payments loader is updated with new target Fennoa account statements. In this way, also non-invoiced transactions are included in the CRM.
- Our customers who maintain and publish integrations of their own using our ciws.rest.dll will have access to a library that is up to date with new requirements.
Data maintenance
- The establishment status has been added to Alma’s single search interface.
- Suomen Asiakastieto’s single search received performance improvements.
InvoiceSender
- Added a possibility to allow credit invoices only for certain types of invoices.
Bug Fixes
- Applied updates to the system to streamline the information shown to the users.
- Minor issues affecting the lists and list settings.
- General Contact Center fixes.
