CRM
- Added the possibility for the admin user to require users to enter more complex passwords by using the new additional password settings.
- When an admin user creates a dashboard view for another user, it does not move the dashboard view but creates a copy instead.
- Norwegian BankID has been removed from the e-signature settings.
- This change has been made for security reasons, which we have been informed about by our partner.
Mass events
- A new option allows you to send emails to contacts participating in a mass event based on their role.
- The HTML block that allows users, for example, to add links to mass event surveys.
- Mass event email triggers have a new option to send email to those who registered a group for the event.
Self-service portal
- Possibility to set a third-party authentication as a login option for the Self-Service Portal.
- Mass event registration forms can be pre-filled with data from users logged in to the Self-Service Portal.
Integrations
- Developments in the Alma Connector regarding the deletion of companies.
- Added Talenom return channel (which can be activated separately).
Fixes
- The issue where users could not change pages in trash or target groups.
- The issue where following a record link via the mobile interface removed the ability to navigate to the homepage or other listings.
- General fixes to improve system performance.
Deprecated functionalities
The old CRM-service interface (Legacy) is being permanently deprecated. In this context, we are removing functionalities. In addition, the admin user settings, which are visible to all customers, have been streamlined by cleaning up fields and settings that have been deprecated.
- The Find Duplicates function has been removed.
- Finding duplicates is possible using the report generator.
- Disabled modules have been removed from the portal settings.
