New and Improved Features

CRM

  • Campaign date conditions: Campaign and homepage element conditions can now use relative time expressions such as “10 days ago,” “within the next 14 days,” or “between 7 and 14 days ago.”
  • Email quota visibility: The email quota is now displayed more clearly to help users monitor their usage.
  • Survey editor update: The library used by the survey editor has been updated to a new version.
  • Target view filtering: The targets chart on the homepage now includes a “Show only my own” option to make it easier to track personal targets.
  • KPI translations: Translation support has been added for KPI names to improve multilingual system use.
  • New relation field type: A new relation field type has been added, allowing linking of entities from any module.
  • Default rules for relation search: Relation field searches now use Account or Contact information as default parameters, speeding up the search process.

Mass Events

  • Email trigger improvements: Email triggers in mass events now also support contact fields, enabling, for example, messages based on language selection.
  • New tags for the email editor: When handling group registrations, the email editor now supports tags that allow the registrant to receive a list of all participants they registered for the event.
  • Staff tab improvements: On the staff tab of mass events, staff data can be exported to Excel.
  • Mass event survey answers: When exporting survey answers to Excel, the participant’s role and status are now included.

Removed Features

  • Workflow cleanup: Outdated workflow-related features have been removed. No action is required from users.

Fixes

  • Issue where the mass event link on a contact entity card directed user to the survey module instead of the mass event.
  • Issue where deleting one layer of the sales funnel removed all layers.
  • Issue where a campaign’s Excel export included only the data from the first page.
  • Multiple general fixes across different system functions.
