New and Improved Features

CRM

  • Automatic update of invoice payment status: A payment received for an invoice now automatically updates the payment status dropdown based on the paid amount (full payment, overpayment, or underpayment). This change does not apply to credit invoices.
  • Entity creation in Activities: When attaching an Account or Contact relationship to Activities, it is now possible to create a new Account or Contact directly from the relation selection view without navigating separately to the Account or Contact modules.
  • Adding files: File uploads have been improved, and users can now upload multiple files at once. Files are saved using the same settings.
  • Role selection for Mass Event invoicing: In Mass Event invoicing, it is now possible to select which roles invoices are created for using a multi-select list.

General UI Changes

  • Invoice identifier: Instead of the invoice subject, the invoice number is now used as the link to the invoice, making invoices easier to identify.
  • Character count in text area fields: When typing in a text area field, the used and allowed character count is now displayed in real time. A separate limit cannot be used in formatted text fields.
  • Appearance of survey responses: The layout of the response view has been clarified and aligned with the Mass Event response view to improve readability and handling of responses.
  • Links in formatted text areas: The buttons for adding and removing links have been clarified and made more visually distinct in the UI.
  • Navigation in the Trigger creation view: In the Trigger creation view, it is now possible to navigate directly to previous steps by clicking the step headers.

Tickets

  • Ticket notifications in filters: Ticket (HelpDesk) filter listings now display a notification in the filter view if new messages have been added to a conversation. The notification is shown for conversations in which the user is involved.
  • Updating status and owner when commenting: When commenting on a Ticket, it is now possible to update the Ticket status and owner at the same time, which speeds up processing and helps keep Tickets in the correct state.

Admin Settings

  • Campaign field settings: Admin users can manage which fields are shown in the Contact list view on the Campaign Relations tab via settings.
  • Visibility of related lists: A new setting has been added that always displays a related list, even when the list has no content. In an empty view, the header is shown along with a message indicating that no data is available.

Integrations

  • Product-specific VAT rates in Paytrail: In Paytrail payments, the VAT rate is defined per product, enabling the use of multiple VAT rates within a single payment.

Self-Service Portal

  • Monthly donation payment date: For monthly donations, it is now possible to define a single payment date between days 1–28.
  • Contact identification: In Mass Event registrations and donations, it is now possible to use additional fields besides email to identify participants.

Removed Features

  • Removal of invitation events: All functionalities related to invitation events have been removed from the system and are no longer visible in portal menus or other settings. They can no longer be used in reports or relationships

Fixes

  • An issue where participants who had cancelled their registration for Mass Events were not always visible on the Responses tab without a manual reload.
  • An issue where the “Is collapsed” setting for related lists did not work and content was always shown instead of being collapsed.
  • An issue where a text area field set to half width could not be configured as a formatted text field.
