New and Improved Features

New Functionalities

  • Merging duplicates: Duplicates of Contacts and Accounts can now be identified and merged directly from the list view. A new “Show Duplicates” button opens a search where you can select comparison fields, review grouped results, and easily merge records.
  • Invoices: Added functionality allowing users to mass-approve invoices based on filters and, if needed, update their due date and billing date.

General UI Changes

  • Module Tools: The “Actions” button has been replaced with a sidebar displaying all tools.
    • Users can mark frequently used tools as favorites for quick access.
    • The sidebar can be expanded to display tool names and icons or collapsed to display only icons.
  • Module Tools: Global tools have been moved next to the search bar in the CRM top menu for universal access. The button also includes a link to the resources page.

CRM

  • Data Calculation: Users can now create scheduled tasks where the report generator calculates desired data (e.g., amount of memberships) and applies the calculated value to a selected field.
  • Mass Mailings: Added the ability to open the recipient list from KPI figures in the mailing report view.
    • The list shows contacts’ first and last names and email addresses and serves as a link to the contact entity.
  • Campaign Segmentation: Ability to sort and search for duplicates within a campaign to simplify their removal.
  • Product Bundle: Sub-products can now be selected without a main product.
  • Invoices: Invoice rows can reference another invoice.

Mass Events

  • Mass Events: When the number of participants is edited and seats become available, registrations on the spare places automatically move to active registrations.
  • Mass Events: Removed the “Ext identifier” field from the pop-up for adding a contact.

Removed Features

  • Campaign Segmentation: Removed the ability to use a filter to load contacts into a campaign.
  • Old email templates: The possibility to use old email templates to build automatic campaigns has been removed. The same functionality can be achieved using other supported features.

Self-Service Portal

  • Membership Form: Added the ability to create a customizable footer.
  • Paytrail: Payment method can now be enabled per payment location.
  • Event Registrations: The display style of event capacity in the portal can now be configured in Self-Service Portal settings.
  • Event Registrations: The public page now supports multiple languages. Users can switch the language, and both the registration form and event survey will display in the selected language.

Fixes

  • General improvements related to functionality, performance, and quality assurance.
