New and improved features
CRM
- Notifications: The layout of notification text content has been clarified.
- Error messages: User error messages have been further improved for clarity.
- Stability: Throughout the autumn, we continue to improve data consistency in the system to ensure more reliable reporting and usage.
- Security: Session handling has been improved. Users are now automatically logged out when their session expires, ensuring safer access management.
- Session expires either after closing the tab/browser and the session cookies expire or after one hour of inactivity.
Campaigns
- Duplicate management: New Show duplicates function makes it easier to identify and remove duplicates from a campaign.
- Campaign updates: Campaigns can now be updated automatically through built-in settings.
- Campaign settings: Improved naming of modules in campaign settings.
Admin Settings
- Field management: Fields used in workflows and dynamic field formulas can no longer be deleted.
- The system will notify the user if a field is in use.
- Sales organization management: It is now possible to delete an unused branch of the sales organization.
Admin Settings – Picklists
- Maximum length: Picklist values can now be up to 50 characters long. Existing values are unaffected.
- Translations can still exceed 50 characters.
- Value restriction: Picklist values can no longer exceed the maximum field length of the associated field.
- Previously longer values were truncated in the background.
- Notification: The system notifies the administrator if an existing picklist is used in a new field and its values exceed the new field’s character limit.
Self-Service Portal
- Date format: Support for the date format yyyy-mm-dd in the self-service portal and in registration forms for mass events.
- The Swedish user interface automatically supports the yyyy-mm-dd format.
- Passwords: Added help texts to the “Forgot your password?” page.
Fixes
- Extended validation of boolean fields to reduce errors. Accepted values are true/false and 1/0.
- Extended handling of negative values in amount and currency fields.
- Formulas now correctly return NULL when the target field is nullable (relation and date fields).
Advance Notice – November Update
- The November update will improve system security. External sources linked from outside will no longer be displayed in the user interface, preventing potentially harmful data from being processed together with customer information.
