New and Improved Features

CRM

General improvements:

  • System-wide support for emojis.
  • A search function has been added to relation fields, allowing users to search for relations directly from the entity card by typing in the relation text field. The old pop-up search can be accessed by clicking on the relation icon.
  • The menu path is now always visible at the top of the system, providing users with quick access back to the dashboard or previous navigation points.
  • A new empty placeholder field allows users to easily reserve space on entity cards.
  • Text templates: The discussion and formatted text fields allow users to use pre-created text snippets to assist with writing.
    • The text is selected from the available snippets and added to the current cursor position. The user can still edit the content before sending the message.

Campaigns & Email templates

  • Support for custom rows in email templates. This allows text templates to be used in email templates as well.
  • The Campaigns module supports dynamic field formulas, which makes it easier to update field data using automations.
  • Excel export added to campaigns.
  • Support for selecting an email template at the start of the reporting tool.
  • The update contacts function in campaigns can be automated with scheduled actions.

Other improvements

  • Support for retrieving activity data in document templates. Activity data can be displayed with the tag {{onshowdata.activities.<field>}}
  • The discussion field now checks whether a new message has been added to the message thread while a comment is being written. If there is a new message in the discussion, no reply is sent and comment remains in edit mode.
  • When copying mass events, mass event triggers can be copied using the formula mass_event_triggers_from={$ID}.
  • Added the option to set a common (total) target for all product groups in the targets.
  • From now on, relation fields will also show the relation to the entity at the header level.
    • For example, the Account headers may change to Account Name and End Customer as a result of the change.
  • The discussion field is automatically reduced in the ticket creation view if it is the only field in the block in question.
  • The error messages sent by the system have been made more informative so that users can better understand what caused the error.
  • Improved consistency of schema field lengths and length validation.

Self-service portal

  • A language selection option has been added to forms, allowing the person filling out the form to select their preferred language version if the form has been translated into multiple languages.

Fixes

  • Problems caused by emojis have been eliminated with system-wide support.
  • General functionality and user interface improvements to the dashboard charts.
  • General improvements to functionality and performance.
