New and improved features

CRM

  • The new announcements feature allows admin users to create announcements that are displayed at the top of the CRM system.
    • Announcements can be displayed to all users or selected reporting groups.
    • Announcements can be displayed everywhere in the system, but visibility can also be restricted to a single module.
    • Admin users can select desired colour to the announcement, add links and schedule the visibility of the announcements. Read more in the guide Announcements.
  • The UI of the mass event registration and answer tabs has been updated to improve user experience.
  • The readability of messages that contained styling scanned by the Mail scanner has been improved.
  • Added a new settings tab to the frontpage element grid view. These settings allow users to better customize the grid view to suit their needs.
  • Campaign mailing lists can be sorted by Accounts.
  • The number of responses to a survey can be displayed in the frontpage charts.
  • Module tool names can be translated using global translations.
  • Revised user interface for the communication tab of contacts to improve user experience.
  • Support for the Contracts2 module to frontpage graphs.
  • Possibility to create document templates that use mass event registration data.

Self-Service Portal

  • Member joining form now supports single page detail view if there is no need to select organization or product 
  • Field help settings in donation and membership forms allow users to give more guidance inside the forms. These settings also support translations.
  • Simplified the mass event registration confirmation message to state that registration was successful.
  • Possibility to translate member joining form block titles via settings.
  • If fields in member joining form have pre-determined default value like current date, it will be visible in the form.

Fixes

  • A situation where the quick filter set for a single day did not work in cases where the date format yyyy-mm-dd had been set for the user in the settings.
  • A situation where the yyyy-mm-dd time format could not be used for scheduling mass mailings.
  • Minor fixes and improvements to various frontpage elements.
  • General fixes to improve system performance.
