CRM

• Published Beta version of Outlook calendar sync for CRM activities.
• The new user profile view allows users to view their basic information.
• Increased the number of favourites for filters and dashboards from ten to fifteen.

• Added comma as Excel export decimal separator.
• It is possible to translate the names of entity charts using global translations.

Email Editor

• Added first version of AI tool to the email editor to help users generate content for emails.
  • This feature is available in separately paid email packages.

• Added new content elements to the editor: paragraph, menu and list.

Mass Events

• The order of sub-events of events can be changed instead of displaying them in the order they were created.
• Added fields to be displayed in the event registrant Excel export.
• The number of participants in sub-events of events added to the mobile device view.

Targets

• Target graphs display target without base data instead of displaying text “No content on given parameters”.
• Targets have the option to display the target based on the row-level owner.

Contact Portal

• Added a call duration counter, which calculates the duration from the beginning to the end of the event.

Fixes

• Situation where using the module tool to create a sales order or invoice from a quote/sales order could cause a change in the order of the lines.
• Situation where when vendor name was added to product select popup, ID was shown instead of name.
• Situation where the chart displayed the user ID instead of the name.
• Corrections to the visibility of user and product groups in the target charts.

Deprecated functionalities

The old CRM-service interface (Legacy) is being permanently deprecated. In this context, we are removing functionalities. In addition, the admin user settings, which are visible to all customers, have been streamlined by cleaning up fields and settings that have been deprecated.
