CRM
- A new side panel lets you view and edit related entities without leaving your current page — simply click on any relation field to open it. The panel is resizable, remembers your preferred width, and works on both desktop and mobile.

- Surveys now support file upload questions, both in standalone and public surveys. Users can attach files when answering survey questions — a frequently requested feature now available across all survey types.
- Start date and end date fields are now built into the relation module as standard fields, removing the need for custom field configuration and improving performance for relationship tracking.
- A new Master Organization field has been added to support organization hierarchies, making it easier to build organization trees without relying on custom fields.
- Settings: The recycled bin has been moved to the settings panel, and target groups are now also located there (admin access only), consolidating administrative functions for a cleaner interface.
Self-Service Portal
- You can now use your own domain for the portal — instead of yourname.crmieportal.com, you can connect any domain you own, for example members.yourname.com.
- It is now possible to set a custom sender email address, ensuring that password reset emails are sent through your own DKIM and DMARC signing.
- External content can now be displayed inside the portal, for example a member magazine published on another platform.
Contact Center
- A new version of the app is now available in the Apple App Store.
Connectors
- A new Wintime connector is now available.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where subgroup buttons in the condition builder were disabled when no conditions existed. Subgroup functionality is now always available when setting up campaign conditions and filters.
