New and Improved Features
CRM
- Changes to AND/OR conditions: Support for OR-based condition groups has now been added to campaigns, triggers, and dashboard/entity charts. This enables the creation of more complex and more precise queries.
- Draft saving during a session: In-progress entities that are being created are now automatically saved as drafts. These drafts can be restored even after a session timeout or a potential error situation, reducing the risk of data loss.
- Draft management has been standardised, and user drafts will henceforth be clearly visible in their own section within the notifications menu.
- Users can manage draft-saving settings in their own user profile settings.
- User interface themes: A dark mode has been added to the system, allowing users to switch between light and dark themes across the entire application.
- Alternative attachment view for entities: Attachments linked to entities now have a new optional view featuring fixed fields (file name, creation time, uploader, and size) as well as icons indicating file type, making attachments easier to identify and manage.
- The new view must be enabled in the layout editor and does not retroactively affect attachments already visible in existing entities.
- Campaign contact updates: The button and logic related to updating campaign contact lists have been simplified. The logic now adheres to the conditions defined in the campaign settings.
- Invoice payment status automation: An option has been added to the advanced settings to disable automatic updating of the payment status.
- Custom save buttons: Admin users can create save buttons that automatically update predefined fields upon saving, supporting smoother and more consistent workflows.
- Password reset messages: The system now uses default, language-specific password reset emails (English, Finnish, Swedish, and Estonian). Customer-specific reset message templates have been discontinued to ensure a clearer and more consistent user experience.
- Sender of system emails: Email delivery settings now allow defining a separate sender identity for system messages (such as PIN codes and password resets), clarifying message origin and improving manageability.
- Conversation field helper texts: In the CRM conversation field, either the field-specific helper text or a clear hint about mentioning users with the @ symbol is now displayed, improving usability.
Mass Events
- Mass event registrations: Registrations can now also be deleted, which is useful in situations where a registration should be removed entirely rather than cancelled.
- Cancelled participants in mass events: The cancellation date is now visible in listings and can be used to organise contacts within the list.
- Organisation in mass events: It is now possible to add an organisation to mass events as a standard system field, in addition to a custom CF field.
Fixes
- An issue where the Show duplicates function in campaigns did not display the account and the link to the contact did not work.
- An issue where activity workflows did not function with conditions based on custom fields.
- An issue where attachments from emails forwarded to the CRM were not shown as linked to the email entity.
- Issue where in the cases where image has been deleted from CRM and it has still been visible in the email editor. Now all deleted images from CRM are also deleted from the e-mail editor.
