UI & Appearance
- Sticky entity name and tabs: The entity name and navigation tabs now remain visible when scrolling down on an entity page.
- Custom theme and brand colors: Administrators can now define custom brand colors for the CRM layout.
- Entity creation: The unnecessary empty space that appeared when showing all fields in the entity creation form has been removed.
- Related list empty state: When a related list has no data, the message shown is now a neutral informational notice.
Dashboard
- Custom Search Dashboard Widget: A new dashboard widget allows users to configure a search form targeting any module.
- Shortcut element external links: Configurable tab behavior allowing links to open in a new tab or replace the current tab.
Add emails from inbox to CRM
- Email sync settings: Users can now view their personal CRM email address directly in email settings, and instructions for using it can be found in the article Sync Emails to CRM.
- Forwarded emails listing: Forwarded emails are now displayed in an enhanced table view showing subject, sender, receiver, attachment count, and timestamp, with a click-to-open button for viewing the full email. Administrators can configure and place the forwarded emails component in the layout editor.
- Note this will replace the current permanent email tab shown on some of the modules. Permanent tab will be removed 2026-09-03
Mass Events
- Mass event organization field: A permanent organization ID field has been added to the mass event module.
- Mass event registrations paging: The registrations view in mass events now remembers the selected page when navigating, so users no longer lose their place when returning to the list.
Other
- Quick filters search: Quick filters now support searching by the name of basic modules.
- Restricted fields user management: It is now possible to fully remove a user from restricted field access rules.
- Organization field for users: A permanent organization ID field has been added to the user module.
Self-Service Portal
- Localized mass event header: The mass event public form now supports a standard dedicated header row.
- Picklist field options control for forms: Administrators can now control which picklist options are visible to users in SSP forms such as member joining and donation forms.
- Family member field configuration: The SSP admin interface now has a dedicated configuration section for family member fields, separate from main member fields.
- Swedish social security number validation: Form fields can now be configured to validate Swedish social security numbers in the correct format (YYYYMMDDXXXX), preventing users from submitting incorrectly formatted values.
Fixes
- Project-select field was showing the Account name instead of the Project name.
- Product row quick search was showing the Vendor name instead of the Product name.
- Run HTTPS Request action custom icon was not rendering correctly.
- Process arrow was not hidden when a field was hidden by dynamic field rules.
- Currency dropdown was not respecting the configured currency settings.
- Survey answers with empty contact information caused errors.
- The row.contact_id field and other row fields are now correctly usable in dynamic field formulas, both as target fields and as data sources.
Removed Features
- Workflow cleanup: Outdated workflow-related features have been removed. No action is required from users.
