New and Improved Features
New Functionalities
- Email Template Preview and Selection: Ability to preview the email template sent by the module tool and select a desired template if none is set.
- Campaign Updates: Displays a timestamp showing when the campaign was last updated via settings or the Update Contacts button.
- This requires that field “Campaign list updated at” is enabled in the Campaigns module via the Module manager.
- Campaign and Reporting Conditions: Added a new operator “Between” to enhance conditions for reporting and campaign segmentation.
General UI Changes
- Trigger Management Panel: Made the trigger overview more informative by adding details about the email template used by the trigger.
- Creating a New Trigger: The trigger creation view now includes a new setup screen replacing the old settings menu.
- Search: Added a direct link to the search page in the top menu. The search page now displays related modules and the number of results as button boxes above the results. Results can also be easily filtered using these buttons.
CRM
- Peppol in Company Billing Information: Removed the mandatory OVT identifier in billing company settings and renamed the field to Peppol/OVT. If Peppol ID is used, OVT is not required.
- Document Templates: Security updates applied. More details about allowed tags can be found in the article Document Templates – Using Tags in ODF-/OOXML Templates.
- Dynamic Content in Text Templates: Added support for tags, enabling personalized messages. Tags can retrieve contact details, relationship data, and user information for signature personalization.
- Surveys: Added German language support in the survey editor.
- Supported File Types: Added support for uploading MP3 file types to CRM.
Admin Settings
- Change Log: Added a new checkbox setting “Show changelog” for profiles, allowing visibility control per user profile.
- Archiving: Admins can now adjust record archiving settings.
- Default Language: Ability to control the system default language and browser default language. This affects, for example, the language shown for password reset settings.
Contact Center
- New version: An updated version of the Contact Center application is now available.
- Windows users: The update is applied directly in the application by clicking “Update”.
- macOS users: Download the latest version here.
Fixes
- Password Expiration Changes: If password expiration settings are enabled, the configured expiration time is applied starting from the update date. We recommend checking before the update whether this setting is enabled.
- Individual accounts can override password expiration, which is recommended for integrations and similar accounts.
- Issue where dynamic conditions did not always trigger during record creation. This applied to cases where the field used in the dynamic condition had its value set by a formula.
- Issue where fields did not work in formulas or automations if they were hidden in the UI.
- Adding images to the discussion text field now works again via copy-paste.
- Displayed name for module tools has been extended.
Removed Features
- Removed Modules: Code of invitation events has been permanently removed from the system, meaning its data can no longer be used in target groups or reports.
